Just 3 simple ingredients blend together into garlicky, lemony sauce. Tahini sauce is so easy to make and can be used in so many different ways – use it as a salad dressing, drizzle it on roasted vegetables or just serve it as a dip with some pita chips. I use my homemade Tahini paste to make this sauce. Tahini, lemon and water combine to make a creamy sauce which is so addictive. Adding chopped parsley gives extra hint of flavor. For me this is a must have sauce with falafel.
You can make this sauce using a whisk and a bowl or in blender just what I like to do. When you combine Tahini paste and lemon it will form into a thick lumpy paste but once you start adding warm water it will get smooth and creamy. Add water depending on where you are going to use the sauce.
