Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 5-6 strawberries
  • ¼ cup of old fashioned oats
  • 1 tbsp of Flaxseed meal
  • 1 tbsp of Agave necter
  • ½ cup of Strawberry greek yogurt or plain greek yogurt
  • Handful of Almonds or any other nuts

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine all the ingredients. Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve.

Notes

You can also use frozen strawberries to make it chilled.
