Ingredients

banana
5-6
strawberries
¼
cup
of old fashioned oats

tbsp
of Flaxseed meal
1
tbsp
of Agave necter
½
cup
of Strawberry greek yogurt or plain greek yogurt
Handful of Almonds or any other nuts
Instructions
In a blender, combine all the ingredients. Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve.
Notes
You can also use frozen strawberries to make it chilled.
