In blender process toasted sesame seeds and 3-4 olive oil.
Scrap the sides in between and add more olive oil till you reach desired consistency.
Tahini paste can be stored in airtight container for several months.
Notes
I use Vitamix to puree Tahini so my paste comes out smooth but if your paste is little gritty it’s fine because when you use it in any recipe like Hummus or Tahini sauce its not going to be noticed.
