Tzatziki Sauce - Greek Cucumber Yogurt Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 english cucumber
  • 2 cups greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp chopped dill
  • 1 clove of finely minced garlic
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  • In a bowl, peel and shred the cucumber. Add little salt to sweat the cucumber and let it sit for 10 mins. Squeeze out all the liquid from it making sure its nice and dry.
  • Combine greek yogurt, shredded cucumber, dill, lemon juice and garlic. Let it sit in refrigerator for 10-15 mins and serve.
